We are currently recruiting for a Car Sales Executive position at a well-established Main Dealer in Corby, Northamptonshire. Benefits of the Car Sales Executive:
Basic salary of £26,000 per annum
Uncapped OTE exceeding £50,000
5.5-day working week, approximately
No Sundays working
22 days holiday plus bank holidays

Duties of the Car Sales Executive:
Engage customers using previous automotive sales experience, providing a high standard of service
Demonstrate in-depth vehicle and industry knowledge to educate customers
Build rapport with clients, ensuring a positive and seamless sales process
Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to dealership growth
Work collaboratively with team members to enhance customer experience
Handle customer queries and concerns efficiently and professionally
Maintain dealership standards in presentation and organisation
Follow up with potential clients and build a strong customer database
Requirements of the Car Sales Executive:
Previous vehicle sales experience preferred; main dealer experience is an advantage
Strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach
Passionate about the automotive sector and providing excellent service
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
Flexibility to work weekends on a rotational basis as a Car Sales Executive
Highly motivated with a proven track record of sales achievement
