Account Executive

A leading company based in Preston is looking for a Key Account Executive to support and grow key client relationships while ensuring outstanding service delivery. You’ll be the first point of contact for key accounts, coordinating with a nationwide supply chain, managing queries, and helping to deliver seamless solutions. The Role & Responsibilities Serve as the primary contact for key accounts, ensuring a positive customer experience Coordinate with the national supply chain to deliver efficient services Process orders and support smooth service delivery Handle and resolve customer complaints professionally Spot opportunities to promote additional services Maintain accurate CRM records and provide general admin support Support account growth and retention across existing clients Person Specification Strong IT skills and CRM experience Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities Confident working independently and as part of a team Great attention to detail and a methodical approach 2 years’ experience in a B2B environment Salary & Benefits £26,000 - £28,000 per annum 25 days annual leave  bank holidays Free impartial financial advice Modern office with onsite café Free fruit boxes Free onsite parking Pension: 5% employee / 3% employer Healthcare cashback plan
