Find Core are thrilled to be assisting a growing motor dealership with the recruitment of a Motorcycle Sales Executive . Permanent, full-time position based in York . Salary: £40,000 – £50,000 OTE  uncapped commission This is an exciting opportunity for a driven sales professional to join a growing dealership and work with a wide range of desirable vehicles.

The role would suit someone with motor trade sales experience, or a strong sales background and a genuine passion for the automotive industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Help customers find the right vehicle to suit their needs and budget Manage customer enquiries from initial contact through to vehicle handover Build strong relationships with customers and generate repeat business Present vehicles confidently and explain key features and benefits Arrange and conduct test drives where required Negotiate deals and work towards agreed sales targets Maintain accurate customer and sales records Provide a high standard of customer service throughout the sales process Work closely with the wider dealership team to ensure a smooth customer experience

Skills & Requirements:

Previous vehicle sales, automotive sales, motorcycle or motor trade experience Strong sales background with a proven ability to achieve targets Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Confident and professional customer-facing approach Commercially minded and motivated by earning potential Strong organisation and follow-up skills Genuine interest in vehicles and the automotive industry Full UK driving licence required What's on
