Job Overview

Mitie, the UK's leading facilities management and professional services company, is expanding our M&S Security Operations Centre and looking for dedicated individuals to join our team.

No prior experience required; we provide comprehensive on‑the‑job training, including a fully funded CCTV SIA licence.

• Excellent communicators with a professional telephone manner
• Computer literate with the ability to adapt to new systems
• Reliable, proactive, and customer‑focused

• Monitor CCTV footage to identify and respond to criminal behaviour within M&S stores
• Offer phone support to M&S store colleagues, assisting with security‑related matters
• Accurately input security and crime incident data into a central database
• Deliver exceptional customer service to our client, ensuring their needs are met
• Conduct regular check‑in calls with security personnel to share valuable intelligence and updates

• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong ability to multi‑task and prioritise workload effectively
• Highly committed, motivated, and proactive
• Experience working collaboratively as part of a team
• A keen interest in technology and AI

• £31,994.19 per annum working an average of 40 hours per week, including weekend working
• Shift pattern of one week of 08:00‑16:00/17:00 and three weeks of 11:00‑20:00 or 12:00‑20:00
