Multi Trade Operative: A family run, highly reputable business established for over 50 years are looking for quality multi trade operative for assisting us in the delivery of insurance reinstatement works (domestic properties) across the East Midlands region. We have secured new contracts and we need to strengthen our team to continue to deliver quality works.

This range is provided by Principal Property Services. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more.

We offer a daily rate of £200 - £220 per day, with travel bonus payments, overtime available, long‑term work, fortnightly payments, mileage paid, and a bonus scheme.

• All aspects of first and second fix carpentry including bespoke kitchens
• Bathroom fitting
• Plastering
• Plumbing and electrics
• Tiling
• Flooring installations – all floor finishes including solid wood flooring and glue down vinyl
• Brick/blockwork
• Landscaping
• Basic painting

• Have your own van
• Have your own tools
• Relevant industry experience and/or qualifications
• Hold suitable Public Indemnity Insurance
• Up to date DBS Check
