As a Security Service Engineer, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and servicing a wide range of security systems for our client’s customers. Your expertise in fault‑finding, preventative maintenance, and small works installations will ensure the smooth operation of these systems, contributing to the overall success of the company and the satisfaction of its clients.

• Conduct thorough fault‑finding on various security systems to identify and resolve issues
• Carry out preventative maintenance to ensure optimal performance and longevity of security systems
• Complete small works installations and repairs to enhance the functionality of existing systems
• Demonstrate a strong commitment to delivering high‑quality work within agreed time frames
• Adhere to all health and safety procedures to maintain a safe working environment

• Proven track record in fault‑finding, preventative maintenance, and small works on security systems
• In‑depth technical knowledge of CCTV, access control, intruder alarms, and other security systems
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and a dedication to delivering work of the highest standard
• Strong time‑management abilities and the capacity to work independently
• Commitment to following health and safety guidelines and maintaining ethical business practices

• Provision of personal protective equipment (PPE) and uniform at the company’s expense
• Mobile phone, laptop, PDA, and appropriate test equipment provided for work purposes
• Company van or car with a fuel card for business travel
• Standby allowance payment for out‑of‑hours on‑call support
