Action for Children is seeking a Family Support Practitioner in Northamptonshire. The role involves delivering targeted interventions to families with complex needs, coordinating case planning and multi-agency collaboration to improve outcomes for children aged 0–18.
The post is permanent, part-time (15 hrs/week) with weekend hours on a 1 in 3 basis. Travel across the county is required, with salary of £26,400 per annum and generous leave and pension benefits.
