If you are an experienced Social Worker looking for a safeguarding role where caseloads are stable and leadership is focused on improving practice, this Social Worker opportunity offers the chance to join a service that has made significant progress in strengthening outcomes for children and families. Salary is £40,369 to £43,686 per annum, with additional financial incentives available.
As a Social Worker within the safeguarding team, you will work in a collaborative environment where managers prioritise sustainable workloads and consistent support. The organisation is continuing a long term improvement journey, creating space for high quality social work practice and giving experienced professionals the opportunity to influence how services develop.

Package & Benefits

• Salary £40,369 to £43,686 per annum.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a safeguarding caseload including assessments, reviews, and direct work with children and families.

• Conduct visits and interventions that support safe and sustainable outcomes for children.

• Work collaboratively with colleagues and partner agencies to safeguard vulnerable children.

• Maintain accurate case recording and contribute to care planning and decision-making.

About You

• Qualified Social Worker with Social Work England registration.

• Experience working within statutory children’s safeguarding services.

• Ability to manage safeguarding assessments and child protection work.
