This isn’t business as usual.

You’ll lead the technical delivery of our WIDE (Workforce Innovation & Digital Excellence) initiative—designing and building powerful, real‑world solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate and integrations
. Working in a small project team you will:

• Rapidly prototype and deliver solutions that improve productivity and service delivery
• Identify opportunities for smarter, more efficient ways of working
• Demonstrate the art of the possible through low-code innovation
• Influence stakeholders and shape futurelonger-term digital transformation
• Set best practice and mentor others in Power Platform development

You’re a hands‑on technical expert who combines creativity with delivery:

• Deep experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Automation and Integration)
• Strong integration and API knowledge
• Passion foruser‑centred design and low‑code innovation
• Ability to turn ideas into working solutions—fast
• Confident influencing both technical and non‑technical audiences
• A naturalproblem solver, challenger and innovator
• Experienced in documenting solutions and complex solutions in a way that enables smooth handover, knowledge transfer, and long‑term support capability.
