55,000 per annum + 25 Days holiday, pension

Office-based. 25 Days holiday (increases to 30 with length of service). Cycle to work scheme. Pension.

We are looking for someone to lead a software development team in the C++, JUCE ecosystem. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of software engineering and people development. Proficiency in C++ and JUCE is required. Experience leading a software development team in Agile processes and ownership of software is essential.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Managing the team
Overseeing the software and methodologies
Managing documentation
Running sprints
Hands‑on development when needed
Planning and communication
Participating in introduction teams
Supporting wider business needs
Liaising with stakeholders

Requirements

Experience in an Agile environment
Experience across the SDLC
Leadership skills
Excellent communication
Software‑related qualifications
Proficiency in C++, JUCE, Python
Experience with REST APIs
Degree in software‑related field
