Its development team is expanding to deliver new customer journeys, data-driven automation and seamless system integration through a modern React, Node.js, Python and AWS stack interfacing with Zoho CRM.
The RoleHands-On Engineering and Technical Leadership
The Senior Full Stack Developer will design, build and maintain core internal applications and web platforms supporting new financial products and customer self‑service solutions. You'll own end‑to‑end delivery from architecture through deployment and introduce modern engineering standards across the team.
Key Responsibilities- Architect and develop applications using React, Node.js, Python and AWS (Lambda, S3, Redshift).
- Integrate internal platforms with CRM and external partners via REST APIs.
- Implement CI/CD, version control and testing frameworks to professionalise the development lifecycle.
- Success will be measured by establishing scalable code practices, mentoring developers and delivering early deployments within six months.
- Collaborate with data and CRM teams to deliver automation and analytics capabilities.
- Drive technical quality, security and performance across all builds.
- 5 + years as a Full Stack Developer with expertise in React and Node.js.
- Strong knowledge of AWS services (Lambda, S3, EC2, Redshift).
- Experience building and consuming APIs and integrating applications with CRM or data systems.
- Background in Agile software development and mentoring junior engineers.
- Ability to balance hands‑on coding with technical decision‑making and architecture planning.
