We're recruiting a Senior Engineer for an ambitious Legal Tech SaaS business that's rebuilding its engineering function around an agent-first model.
Small, specialist teams. Serious technical capability. Real ownership. AI coding agents do the heavy lifting. You make the decisions.
THE NON-NEGOTIABLES.- Agent-first by default. Coding agents are already your primary method of delivering production software.
- Python AND Type Script. Strong professional experience with both.
- Serious engineering credentials. You've built and owned complex production systems.
- Verification. You systematically test and validate agent-generated code using automated processes.
- Exceptional judgement. You can rapidly understand unfamiliar code, spot weaknesses and make the right technical calls.
- Problem decomposition. You turn complex requirements into precise, agent-executable tasks.
- Proven results. You can demonstrate meaningful productivity improvements without compromising quality.
- Outstanding English. You communicate clearly, write precisely and collaborate effectively.
- Ownership. You take responsibility for what ships and whether it works for the customer.
Parallel agent orchestration. Sophisticated context management. Agent harnesses. Automated guardrails. Engineering transformation. Experience with Django, React, PostgreSQL or AWS.

If you primarily build AI applications rather than build software using AI agents, it's probably not for you either. But if you've already changed the way you engineer software, we would be keen to see your CV.
