Counterbalance & Pivot Steer FLT Driver

Location: Round Spinney, Northampton

Pay: £13.50 per hour

Hours: 08:00-17:00, Monday to Friday

• A steady Monday‑Friday shift you can plan your life around

• Two paid 10‑minute breaks (one after the shift starts, one within the final hour window)

• Container unloading using a Counterbalance forklift (with some manual handling when needed)
• Goods‑in tasks, including pallet collation and putting stock away with an RF gun while driving an articulated FLT
• Waste material collation, transporting materials from the warehouse to the yard using your Counterbalance

• Valid Counterbalance and Pivot Steer (Bendi/Flexi) FLT licences
• Someone who's confident on both trucks and happy to get stuck in
• A positive attitude and a steady, reliable approach to work
