Overview

Forklift/Warehouse Operative (Forklift experience required) – Temp to Perm – Wellingborough – Monday-Friday 2pm-10pm – £13.55 per hour

I am recruiting for a reliable and self‑motivated Warehouse Operator to join my client’s team in Wellingborough. The ideal candidate will have forklift experience, be comfortable working at heights, and have a strong understanding of pick, pack and dispatch processes. This role requires attention to detail, teamwork, and the ability to work independently when needed.

• Operate VNA forklifts safely and efficiently.
• Perform pick, pack and dispatch duties with accuracy.
• Use handheld scanners and computers for inventory tracking.
• Label cartons and re‑stack pallets as required.
• Work both independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.
• Ensure warehouse safety standards are met.

• Forklift licence and experience (training available in house).
• Comfortable working at heights.
• Experience with pick, pack and dispatch operations.
• Confident using handheld scanners and computers.
• Strong teamwork skills and ability to work independently.
• Self‑motivated, trustworthy and detail‑oriented.
• Ability to lift and move heavy items as required.
