HGV Class 2 Driver

Overview

We are looking for experienced Category C (HGV2) drivers to work at a number of our customers based in and around the Northamptonshire area.

Job duties will include driving Category C (HGV2) vehicles in a safe and compliant manner whilst delivering various materials and supplies to customers based all over the south of England. Deliveries vary depending on the customer.

• Drive Category C (HGV2) vehicles in a safe and compliant manner.
• Deliver materials and supplies to customers across the south of England (varies by contract).

• Curtainsider
• Tippers
• Flat beds
• Box trailers

• Cage work
• General haulage
• Palletised goods
• Aggregates/Muck away
• Building materials
• Metal/steel work
• Manufacturing/Engineering

• Category C license (UK) with no more than 6 points.
• Driver CPC and Digital tachograph cards.
• At least one year of Category C driving experience.
• Manual handling skills as some handball may be required.

Pay rates are from £14.50 - £16.81 per hour and are paid PAYE through our payroll (rates of pay vary depending on the contract).
