We are currently looking for a Reach Truck Driver (referred to internally as a Warehouse Operative) to join us at our site in Northampton (GP3, NN4 5FB
). The position is full‑time, permanent, Monday‑Friday on the PM shift (2pm – 10pm).

• Salary of £28,354.14 + £832 shift allowance per annum

As a Reach Truck Driver, you will support the efficient running of our Northampton warehouse operations by handling goods safely across inbound and outbound processes. You will move and store products using manual handling equipment, including a reach truck, ensuring goods are handled correctly to minimise damage and reduce the risk of injury.

• Carry out equipment checks and report defects promptly
• Follow all health and safety procedures, including PPE use
• Report any issues, concerns or variances immediately
• Support general warehouse tasks as required

To be considered for this role you will need:

• Proven experience working in a similar role within a warehouse environment
• A valid Reach Truck Licence
• A flexible, proactive attitude
• Good general IT skills
• An awareness of manual handling techniques
• The ability to adapt to changing demands and meet deadlines
