Reach Truck Driver and Warehouse Operative

Pay rate: £13.86 per hour, weekly pay.

• 14:00‑22:00, Monday
  - Friday
• 08:00‑16:00, Saturday
  - Wednesday

We are looking for reliable, motivated and hardworking individuals to join our client in their warehouse team at Swan Valley, Northampton.

This role involves approximately 50% manual order picking and 50% Reach Truck driving. You will need to be comfortable working both on and off the truck.

• Picking customer orders accurately.
• Operating a Reach Truck safely and efficiently.
• Loading and unloading stock.
• Replenishing warehouse locations.
• Supporting the wider warehouse team during busy periods.
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised working environment.

• Holiday Pay
• 30‑minute unpaid break
• 37.5 paid hours per week
• 12 weeks Temp‑Perm
• Bonus paid when Perm
• In‑depth training

• Valid Reach Truck licence/certificate.
• Previous Reach Truck experience.
• Good attention to detail.
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Comfortable with manual handling and warehouse duties.
