Delivery Driver View Offer £180 - £250, daily

This Delivery Driver role is based in Northampton. It pays £180 to £250 per day. This is a self employed position.

This is a self-employed delivery driver role.

• Daily Earnings: £180–£250+ per day
• Stability: Consistent, year-round work with routes available 5–7 days per week.
• Flexibility: Faster and more organised drivers usually finish their day earlier.
• Local Routes: Deliver parcels within a fixed local area.
• Support: Ongoing assistance provided even after your initial training.

Your typical day:

• Morning Start: Arrive at the depot between 06:30 and 07:30am.
• Loading: Find your assigned route and load your own parcels (usually takes 30–60 minutes).
• On the Road: Start your route using the provided navigation device.
• Deliveries: Complete 90–140 stops per day, primarily to houses with some flats and businesses.
• Activity: You will be in and out of the van throughout the day handling small, medium, and some heavier parcels.
• Wrap-up: Once finished, return to the depot for a short de-brief and end-of-day procedures.

No previous multi-drop experience is required. We ensure you are confident before running your own route:

• Classroom (2 Days): Covering systems, delivery devices, and procedures.
• On-the-Job (2–4 Days): Ride-along training with an experienced Lead Driver or Manager.
• Skills: You will learn loading, route management, and delivery best practices.

• Availability: Work is available every day of the week.
• Shift Length: Typical time spent delivering is 5–9 hours per day.
• Consistency: Reliable work available regardless of the season.

• Full UK or EU driving licence.
• Must be reliable and punctual.
• Must be comfortable using navigation and a mobile device.
