Minibus Driver - Job Share Term Time Only | Monday to Friday | Week-On / Week-Off - 24 hours per week Closing Date: 14.09.2026 although should a suitable candidate be employed, we reserve the right to end the vacancy early

We are looking for a reliable and responsible Minibus Driver to join our team on a week-on, week-off job-share basis, providing safe and professional transport for students during term time.

The successful candidate will be responsible for transporting students safely and punctually on designated routes, ensuring a friendly, professional and supportive service at all times.

The position operates Monday to Friday during term time only, on a week-on, week-off job share arrangement.

Working hours:

AM shift: 06:15 - 08:30

PM shift: 15:35 - approximately 17:45

There may be some flexibility around the exact finishing time depending on the route and traffic conditions.

We are looking for someone who is:

A safe, confident and considerate driver

Reliable and punctual

Patient and approachable, with a professional manner

Comfortable working with children and young people

Able to work independently and follow designated routes and procedures

Committed to safeguarding and the wellbeing of passengers

D1 entitlement on your driving licence

A good standard of driving and a commitment to passenger safety

Willingness to complete MiDAS (Minibus Driver Awareness Scheme) theory and practical assessments

Willingness to comply with all relevant safeguarding, health and safety and transport procedures

Monday to Friday, term time only

Week-on, week-off job share

Predictable morning and afternoon working pattern
