Minibus Driver – Job Share Term Time Only | Monday to Friday | Week-On / Week-Off - 24 hours per week

We are looking for a reliable and responsible Minibus Driver to join our team on a week-on, week-off job-share basis, providing safe and professional transport for students during term time.

The successful candidate will be responsible for transporting students safely and punctually on designated routes, ensuring a friendly, professional and supportive service at all times.

The position operates Monday to Friday during term time only, on a week-on, week-off job share arrangement.

• AM shift: 06:15 – 08:30
• PM shift: 15:35 – approximately 17:45

There may be some flexibility around the exact finishing time depending on the route and traffic conditions.

• A safe, confident and considerate driver
• Reliable and punctual
• Patient and approachable, with a professional manner
• Comfortable working with children and young people
• Able to work independently and follow designated routes and procedures
• Committed to safeguarding and the wellbeing of passengers

• D1 entitlement on your driving licence
• A good standard of driving and a commitment to passenger safety
• Willingness to complete MiDAS (Minibus Driver Awareness Scheme) theory and practical assessments
• Willingness to comply with all relevant safeguarding, health and safety and transport procedures

• Monday to Friday, term time only
