* * Hourly Paid rising to £16.45 p/h after 1 year anniversary

* Earn while you learn, we provide fully paid training to help you gain your PCV licence and enhancing your learning through a Level 2 Apprenticeship Qualification.
* Based at our Northampton depot, located just outside Northampton Town Centre
* Pay rate during training of £12.71 per hour (training will last 12-14 weeks)
* Pay rate increasing to £14.02 once you are working alone and then increasing again on your 1 year anniversary £16.45 per hour as a Qualified Bus Driver
* Shift patterns mixed of any 4 or 5 days in 7

No experience driving a bus? No problem! We’ll pay you to train whilst we invest significantly in your training. You’ll gain your PCV licence as part of our Level 2 Bus Driver Apprenticeship, which will equip you with everything you need to not only succeed but flourish on the road. The apprenticeship gives you a structured training programme and an externally recognised qualification, with no impact on your role, pay or hours.
