Salary Ranges

Warehouse Manager – circa £40k, subject to experience
Shift Team Leaders – circa £32k, 4 on 4 off shift pattern, subject to experience
General Warehouse – £12.91 per hour, 4 on 4 off shift pattern
Cleaners – Part time, £12.91 per hour

General Requirements (all roles)

Ability to work on your own initiative in a pressurised environment
Strong organisational skills and the ability to meet tight deadlines
Good communication skills and confidence to liaise at all levels
A flexible approach to work to meet business needs
PC literacy, including Microsoft Office
Role-Specific Requirements

Warehouse Manager / Team Leaders

Previous management or senior supervisory experience within a warehouse environment
Experience leading teams and managing performance
Knowledge of operating an ETSF customs warehouse (desirable)

Experience with ASM or equivalent systems (desirable)
Numerate, proactive and capable of driving process improvements
Warehouse Operatives / Loaders

Valid Counterbalance and/or Reach Truck licences
Valid Forklift Licence – Counterbalance (B1)
Ability to follow established processes and maintain operational accuracy
Heavy lifting required for loader roles
Import Admin Clerks

Strong administrative skills within a logistics environment
Excellent attention to detail
Familiarity with customs documentation (desirable)
Familiarity with ASM / ETSF Bonded Warehouse procedures
Cleaners

Ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness in a busy warehouse environment
