Position: Warehouse Operative

Salary: £26,027.02

Contract Type: Permanent (Full-Time)

Shift patterns: 4 on 4 off (Day shift: 06:00-18:00)

Location: Northampton, NN4 9BD

We're now looking for a Warehouse Operative to play a key role at the center of our fulfillment operation at Morrisons, Swan Valley.

• Picking, packing and sorting orders in a fast-paced environment
• Getting hands‑on with manual tasks, from handling to loading and unloading
• General housekeeping of the warehouse

• Have a flexible, friendly approach with a can‑do attitude
• Have excellent organisational skills along with speed and accuracy
• Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not a deal‑breaker. Training is provided!
• Happy to work rotational shifts
• Happy to work 4 days on, 4 days off
• Happy to work in a temperature‑controlled warehouse
• Experience operating Material Handling Equipment (MHE) (desirable)
