Part- time Shift
: 8am-5pm / ( Saturday to Sunday ) first day Induction full day on Friday 6am-2pm paid

Salary: £12.71 - £13.39 per hour

Location: Brackmills Industrial Estate, Northampton

Interaction Recruitment are proud to be seeking keen, reliable, and experienced Warehouse Operative to join the team for their esteemed client, J&J Global Fulfilment Centre, based on the Brackmills Industrial Estate.

This role will involve loading, unloading, processing goods‑in, and picking and packing within a modern warehouse environment, using some of the most up‑to‑date technology in warehouse fulfilment.

Successful candidates will be required to lift items up to 20kg, such as bottle of wine, many different sizes boxes and other packaged goods, so applicants must be physically fit.

Experience with MHE equipment such as Flexi‑Bendi, Counterbalance, and Reach Truck is advantageous for this role and could lead to further upskilling within the department; however, this is not essential.

• Overtime paid at x1.5 after 37.5 hours worked
