Warehouse Operative Twilight shift

Full Time Shift: 4pm – 00:00 Twilight shift, Monday to Friday (Fixed Shifts)

Salary: £13.22 – £14.50 per hour

Interaction Recruitment is proud to be seeking experienced Goods‑In Operatives to join the team for J & J Global Fulfilment Centre on the Brackmills Industrial Estate. This role involves loading, unloading, processing goods‑in, picking and packing within a modern warehouse environment, using some of the most up‑to‑date technology in warehouse fulfilment.

• Load, unload and process goods‑in.
• Pick and pack orders.
• Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment.

• Physically fit and able to lift up to 20kg.
• Experience with MHE such as Flexi‑Bendi, Counterbalance, Reach Truck is advantageous (not essential).

• Overtime paid at 1.5× after 37.5 hours worked.
