We're looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Operative to join our team on the night shift in Northampton. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse during night hours, managing inventory, and maintaining the highest standards of organization and efficiency. - Receive, store, and dispatch goods according to warehouse procedures and documentation
- Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and efficiently
- Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock checks to ensure data integrity
- Organize and arrange products in the warehouse to optimize space and accessibility
- Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for quality and accuracy
- Follow all health and safety regulations and maintain a clean, organized work environment
- Collaborate with team members to meet nightly targets and deadlines
- Report any discrepancies, equipment issues, or safety concerns to management
- Perform general warehouse maintenance tasks as required

Skills and Experience:
**
- Proven experience working in a warehouse or logistics environment
- Proficiency in operating material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks, or similar)
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in all tasks
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team during night shifts
- Physical stamina and capability to perform manual handling duties
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with warehouse management systems
- Knowledge of health and safety procedures and regulations
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Ability to lift and carry items up to 50 pounds regularly

Skills and Experience:
**
- Forklift certification or equivalent material handling qualification
- Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) or inventory software
- Familiarity with health and safety compliance standards in warehouse operations
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
