Warehouse Operative - Northampton The rewards

• £13.46 per hour, up to £21.74 per hour overtime

• Full-time, any 5 days out of 7
• Chilled: 6am–2pm or 1pm–9pm
• Ambient: 6am–2pm or 2pm–10pm
• Produce: 1pm–9pm

• Voice picking using LLOPs in an ambient environment
• Picking and packing cages and pallets in a chilled environment
• Ensuring all picking is completed to the required standards
• Using MHE and other warehouse duties as required
• Picking, stacking, and manually handling stock items (heavy lifting up to 25kg)
• Maintaining a clear and tidy warehouse and ensuring any potential hazards are dealt with safely
• Ensuring stock is received, stored, packed, and transported to the highest standards

• Able to work to customer performance standards
• Adherent to health and safety policies and procedures
• Able to work both independently and as part of a team
• Experience in a similar role desirable but not essential
