FLT Warehouse Operatives – Immediate Starts | Temp to Perm

Location:

Northamptonshire (Junction 16, M1)
Pay:
Up to £20.39 per hour + overtime

We are recruiting experienced FLT Operatives to join a fast-growing logistics operation. You will be working in a clean, state-of-the-art environment where safety and teamwork are a priority.

Key Responsibilities:

Operating Counterbalance and/or Reach Trucks

Loading and unloading trailers safely

Moving stock within racking systems

Supporting general warehouse activities as required

Shifts & Pay (Day Shifts)
06:00 – 14:00: £13.59 per hour

14:00 – 22:00: £13.99 per hour

Overtime (after 40 hours): up to £20.39 per hour

Requirements
Previous warehouse experience (essential)

Valid FLT Counterbalance and/or Reach licence

Strong work ethic and reliability

Flexibility to work occasional weekends
