Are you looking for a hands-on warehouse role with a growing company? Our client in Northampton is seeking reliable and hardworking Warehouse Operatives to join their expanding warehouse team.
The Role
This is a physically demanding position within a fast-paced manufacturing environment where safety, teamwork, and efficiency are at the heart of everything you do.
As a Warehouse Operative, you will play an important role in supporting warehouse and production operations. Your duties will include:
Loading and unloading materials from containers and vehicles.
Building pallets.
Picking and packing orders accurately.
Maintaining excellent housekeeping standards throughout the warehouse.
Supporting the Production Team Leader with operational updates and continuous improvement initiatives.
Completing production paperwork and bulk bag labelling accurately.
Working across different warehouse and production areas as required.
This role involves heavy lifting throughout the day, and you will be on your feet for the majority of your shift, moving between various warehouse locations.
Key Responsibilities
Operate warehouse and production equipment safely and efficiently.
Follow all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), company policies, and Health & Safety regulations.
Carry out pre-start visual safety checks on equipment.
Support continuous improvement initiatives across the operation.
Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organisation.
Ensure all documentation is completed accurately.
Work flexibly to support different areas of the operation when required.

An FLT Counterbalance licence holder (preferred but not essential).
