Here at GXO, a fantastic opportunity has arisen for an MHE Operative to join our team in Northampton.

The role is full-time and permanent, based on a 5 out of 7 working patterns. Shift patterns available 14:00 - 22:00 or 22:00 - 06:00. Pay, benefits and more: £12.71 per hour Additional hourly allowances are available depending on your MHE skills: VNA £0.50 per hour, Reach Truck and Counterbalance £0.25 per hour, and Scissor Lift £0.11 per hour. Career development and progression What youll do on a typical day:
Operate a forklift safely and efficiently within drive-in racking systems Load, unload, and move pallets to designated storage or dispatch areas Ensure accurate stock placement and retrieval following warehouse procedures Carry out daily forklift checks and report any faults or safety issues Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment at all times What you need to succeed at GXO: A reasonable level of physical fitness to meet daily handling duties Confidence using IT systems and basic computer literacy Strong attention to detail and accuracy in your work Willingness to work in a warehouse environment FLT License A positive attitude and ability to follow procedures We engineer faster, smarter, leaner supply chains.
