GXO Logistics in Northampton is seeking four Warehouse First Line Managers to join a new retail operation servicing 250+ stores. You will lead, coach and develop a team of warehouse operatives to deliver safe, accurate and efficient shift performance in a high volume, MHE heavy environment.
This is a full time, permanent role on a rotating shift pattern (14:00-22:00 Sunday-Thursday and Monday-Friday). Flexibility to support a 24/7 operation is required to keep pace with logistics demands.
