GXO Logistics in Northampton is seeking five Warehouse First Line Managers to lead a fast-paced, high-volume operation. You will coach a team of warehouse operatives, ensuring safe, accurate and efficient processing, picking and despatching to meet customer requirements.
The role is full-time on a rotating shift pattern (06:00-14:00; Sunday-Thursday and Monday-Friday) with flexibility to support 24/7 operations.
