Here at GXO, were looking for a Warehouse Operations Controller to join us at our Carlsberg site in Swan Valley, Northampton. Youll provide leadership and guidance for your team of warehouse colleagues to enable them to meet objectives, encouraging open communication and addressing operational issues effectively.

This is a full time, permanent position, where youll be working the night shift on a 4 on, 4 off, basis, 18:00 - 06:00

Were looking to offer a salary of up to £40,297.97 plus £1,800.00, night shift allowance, per annum and 26 days annual leave (inclusive of bank holidays).
