IRD Recruitment is seeking experienced FLT Counterbalance Drivers for our client in Weedon Bec, Northampton. This is a great opportunity for reliable drivers looking for long‑term, consistent work.
What We're Looking For- Valid FLT Counterbalance licence (IN‑HOUSE ACCEPTED)
- Warehouse or logistics experience
- Clamp attachment experience beneficial
- Strong health & safety awareness
- Comfortable with manual handling
- Positive attitude and good communication
- Sunday to Thursday
- Saturdays: minimum 2 in every 4 weeks
- Shift: 22:00 - 06:00
- Immediate start
- Long‑term, ongoing work
- £16.25 per hour (inclusive of holiday pay)
- Bonus: 2 extra hours paid for every Saturday worked
- Weekly pay
