FLT Warehouse Operatives - Immediate Starts

Location:

Northamptonshire (Junction 16, M1). Pay: up to £20.39 per hour + overtime. Job Type: Full-time, Temp to Perm.

We are recruiting experienced FLT Operatives to join a fast-growing logistics operation. You will be working in a clean, state-of-the-art environment where safety and teamwork are a priority.

Key Responsibilities

Operating Counterbalance and/or Reach Trucks.
Loading and unloading trailers safely.
Moving stock within racking systems.
Supporting general warehouse activities as required.

Work Schedule & Pay (Day Shifts)

06:00 - 14:00: £13.59 per hour.

14:00 - 22:00: £13.99 per hour.

Overtime (after 40 hours): up to £20.39 per hour.

Requirements

Previous warehouse experience (essential).
Valid FLT Counterbalance and/or Reach licence.
Strong work ethic and reliability.
Flexibility to work occasional weekends.
