J&J Global Fulfilment Centre on Brackmills Industrial Estate, Northampton, is hiring a Goods-In Operative to support the Goods-In department in a modern fulfilment centre. Duties include loading/unloading, checking deliveries, and processing stock using warehouse systems.
This physical role requires up to 20kg lifting, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Training may include extended hours (10:00–18:00) for the first two weeks.
