As a Counterbalance Driver
, you will play a key role in ensuring goods are received, stored and dispatched efficiently while maintaining high standards of safety and accuracy.

Loading and unloading pallets from vehicles

Off-loading incoming goods into the warehouse

Reviewing goods-in paperwork and checking collections

Comparing notes and locations to ensure the correct items are selected for dispatch

Unloading goods into storage locations

Allocating pallets into warehouse racking safely and accurately

Completing warehouse and stock location documentation

Wrapping pallets ready for storage and distribution

Maintaining safe working practices and excellent housekeeping standards

Valid UK/EU Forklift Truck Licence (Counterbalance)

Previous experience operating a Forklift Truck within a warehouse environment

Confident loading and unloading a variety of vehicle @types

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Ability to work effectively under pressure and to tight deadlines

Experience using scanning equipment

Good IT literacy skills

Reliable, hardworking and able to work as part of a team
