We are now recruiting a Warehouse Team Leader to join our Team atiForce Panattoni Park, Northamptonon aFull time and permanent position.

Shift:
Monday-Friday 6am 14:00, 37.5 hours per week (Any 5 from 7 so flexibility required in future)

Salary:£25,577.37 basic + 10% Team Leader allowance.

Your job duties will include but not limited to the following:
Please be advised that the main job title will be Warehouse Colleague with Team Leader allowance.

• Managing and motivating the team ensuring that productivity is achieved.
• Developing and training all team members so that their contributions can be maximized.
• Carrying out daily briefings ensuring that the team is kept up to date with all relevant information.
