Monday to Friday | 06:00 - 14:00 or 14:00 - 22:00 or 22:00 - 06:00

Quest Employment are currently recruiting experienced MHE Operators to join a busy warehouse operation based at Panattoni Park, NN7.
This is a great opportunity for reliable candidates with Reach Truck and/or Counterbalance experience who are looking for consistent Monday to Friday work, weekly pay and a temporary to permanent opportunity.

Please note:

You must be able to drive due to the location of the site.

The Role
As an MHE Operator, your duties may include:
Operating MHE equipment safely, including Reach Truck and Counterbalance
Loading and unloading trailers accurately and efficiently
Moving stock around the warehouse and placing goods into the correct locations
Completing and checking basic paperwork and warehouse documentation
Carrying out pre-use equipment checks before operating machinery
Reporting any issues with stock, racking, equipment or safety concerns
Keeping the warehouse clean, tidy and organised
Supporting other warehouse duties when required
Following all site health and safety procedures at all times
Training across different areas of the warehouse where needed

What Were Looking For
We are looking for candidates who:
Hold a valid Reach Truck and/or Counterbalance licence
Have previous warehouse experience
Are confident operating MHE in a busy warehouse environment
Are reliable, punctual and safety-focused
Have good attention to detail
Can follow instructions and work well as part of a team
Are flexible and willing to support other warehouse areas when required
Must be able to drive due to the site location
Licence Requirements
In-house licences are accepted
Accredited licences such as RTITB, ITSSAR or AITT are preferred
Reach Truck and/or Counterbalance experience is required
