We are currently recruiting for Warehouse Operatives to join our busy distribution centre in Brackmills, Northampton. The role involves working as part of a fast-paced logistics team ensuring goods are picked, moved, and prepared accurately and efficiently.
You will primarily operate a Low-Level Order Picker (LLOP), but the position will also involve manual handling and lifting of products as required.

Pay Rate:
£12.21 per hour (up to 18:00)
£15.21 per hour (after 18:00)

Shift Pattern 1:
06:00 - 14:00, Sunday to Thursday
Shift Pattern 2:
10:00 to 18:00, Thursday to Monday

Key Responsibilities:

Operate LLOP equipment safely and efficiently.
Pick and move stock according to order requirements.
Load and unload goods within the warehouse environment.
Maintain accuracy in order picking and stock handling.
Follow health and safety procedures at all times.
Support general warehouse duties as needed.

Requirements:
Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred.
Experience operating an LLOP
Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling.
Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team.
