FLT Driver - Nights

Manpower UK seeks a permanent FLT Driver for night shifts at its Crick logistics hub, with relocation to a new Rugby warehouse in January. Working 18:00 to 06:00 on a 4-on, 4-off rota, you will handle counterbalance and pallet truck duties, ensuring safe material movement. Pay Rate: £15.83 per hour

In-house FLT Training Available

• Safely operate Counterbalance Forklift Trucks and Pallet Trucks
• Load and unload vehicles efficiently and accurately
• Move, stack, and organise stock throughout the warehouse
• Carry out stock movements in line with operational requirements
• Support general warehouse duties when required
• Follow all health and safety policies and procedures
• Complete required paperwork and warehouse documentation accurately

• Previous warehouse or logistics experience
• Counterbalance FLT licence preferred, although full in-house training is available
• Pallet truck experience desirable
• Strong commitment to health and safety
• Reliable, punctual, and hardworking
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good attention to detail and a positive attitude
