Pay Rate:  £13.97 per hour or £15.00 per hour

Hours:

Monday to Friday | 6:00am - 3:00pm or 4:00pm - 1:00am

Counterbalance Forklift Drivers Required - Weekly Pay
Quest Employment are currently recruiting experienced Counterbalance Forklift Drivers to join a busy warehouse operation based in Northampton, NN5.
This is a great opportunity for candidates with Counterbalance FLT experience who are looking for consistent full-time hours, weekly pay and the chance to secure a permanent position.
The role will involve a mixture of forklift driving, manual handling, stock control and general warehouse duties within a fast-paced environment.

The Role
As a Counterbalance Forklift Driver, your duties may include:
Loading and unloading deliveries using a Counterbalance forklift
Moving stock safely around the warehouse and yard
Picking and preparing customer orders for dispatch
Checking, labelling and banding completed orders
Replenishing stock into storage locations and stillages
Supporting stock counts and stock control tasks
Completing warehouse paperwork and documentation accurately
Carrying out general warehouse duties when required
Manual handling where needed
Keeping the work area clean, organised and safe
Following all site health and safety procedures
Key Skills and Experience
We are looking for candidates who:
Hold a valid Counterbalance FLT licence
Have previous warehouse or logistics experience
Are confident operating a Counterbalance forklift in a busy environment
Have good attention to detail and accuracy
Are comfortable completing manual handling duties
Have good communication and organisational skills
Have basic computer skills
Are reliable, punctual and hardworking
Can work independently and as part of a team
Have a positive attitude and strong work ethic
