Warehouse MHE Operative to join our team at our Northampton DC7 site (NN4 9EX
).

This is full-time, permanent role, based
on any ‘5 out of 7’working patterns. Shift patterns available
14:00 - 22:00
or
22:00 - 06:00.

• An hourly rate of £12.71
• An hourly rate of £15.61 working afternoon shift (including Reach Truck allowance and shift premium
  for hours 18:00 - 22:00
  )
• An hourly rate of £16.61 working night shift (including Reach Truck allowance and shift premium
  for hours 22:00 - 06:00
  )

• Operate a forklift safely and efficiently within drive-in racking systems
• Load, unload, and move pallets to designated storage or dispatch areas
• Ensure accurate stock placement and retrieval following warehouse procedures
• Carry out daily forklift checks and report any faults or safety issues
• Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment at all times

• Previous experience operating a Reach Truck or VNA
  .
• A reasonable level of physical fitness to meet daily handling duties
• Confidence using IT systems and basic computer literacy
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in your work
• Willingness to work in a warehouse environment
