People Solutions are currently recruiting for PPT Operators to join our well-established client based in Crick, Northamptonshire
.
This is a fantastic opportunity offering excellent rates of pay, Monday to Friday working, stable afternoon shifts, weekly pay and ongoing work within a busy warehouse environment.
£14.63 Per Hour | Monday to Friday | 2pm-10pm | Weekly Pay | Ongoing Work | Training Provided
This position would suit applicants who have previously worked as a PPT Operator, Powered Pallet Truck Operator, LLOP Operator, Low Level Order Picker or Warehouse Operative with pump truck experience.
Shifts- Monday to Friday
- 2:00pm - 10:00pm

- Operating Powered Pallet Trucks (PPTs) and Low Level Order Pickers (LLOPs) to move stock safely around the warehouse
- Loading and unloading products and deliveries
- Picking, preparing and sorting orders ready for dispatch
- Receiving, checking and booking in stock accurately
- Preparing and labelling goods ready for dispatch
- Moving, storing and organising pallets and warehouse stock
- Supporting Goods In and Goods Out operations
- Checking products against instructions to ensure accuracy and quality
- Carrying out regular quality inspections and correcting or reporting issues
- Ensuring adequate stock is available to maintain productivity
- Keeping the warehouse and working areas clean and tidy
- Following all health and safety procedures at all times
- Previous PPT operating experience
- In-house PPT licences accepted
- Basic spoken and written English
- Good attention to detail and accuracy
- Reliability and strong timekeeping skills
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Positive and proactive attitude
- Ability to work safely within a busy warehouse environment
- Industry-related training
- Site-specific health and safety guidance
- Ongoing support throughout your assignment
