GXO Logistics, Inc. is hiring a Warehouse Operative for our Grange Park operation in Northampton (NN4 5EL
).
The role is a full-time, 3-month fixed-term contract ending 31 January 2027, with hours 08:00–16:00, Monday to Friday, totaling 37.5 hours per week. You will support the flow of goods, perform picking, packing, inbound/outbound tasks and stock control, and use our warehouse management system as part of daily duties while adhering to health and safety policies.
