Intermediate Accountant, Assurance

The North Bay office is looking for an Intermediate Accountant to join the Assurance team. This is a replacement role.

• Effectively perform assurance engagements for private, public and NPO organizations to ensure that relevant professional standards and firm policies are followed.
• Effectively plan and execute assurance engagements.
• Address client issues in a timely manner, following BDO Policy and using your strong technical skills and accounting experience.
• Apply appropriate industry/business knowledge in anticipating, identifying and addressing issues relevant to the client’s business.

• You have 1-2 years of audit experience in the public accounting industry.

• You display strong problem solving, analytical, and communication skills.
