In addition to base compensation, this role is eligible to participate in Cementation's discretionary corporate bonus program.

About This PositionReporting to the Accounts Receivable Supervisor, the Accounts Receivable Administrator is responsible for client invoicing and accounts receivable support. The Accounts Receivable Administrator works as part of a collaborative team, interacting with various departments including Accounts Payable, Purchasing, Payroll, Project Controls, Operations and Engineering.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities Health & Safety- Follow all company health and safety policies and regulations
- Identify and report hazards or infractions to the Health & Safety Department
- Review and reconcile client‑specific contract invoicing details (labour, equipment, materials, etc.)
- Prepare accurate client invoices in alignment with contract terms
- Gather billing information from multiple sources and verify completeness
- Maintain organized documentation including purchase orders, service agreements, contracts, change orders
- Collaborate with the Project Controls team to ensure clarity and consistency in billing
- Reconcile project costs against invoiced amounts and follow up on discrepancies
- Circulate invoices for internal review and approvals
- Investigate and respond to client invoicing inquiries
- Support additional billing‑related tasks as needed
- Monitor accounts receivable aging and follow up on outstanding balances
- Record daily cash receipts
- Reconcile month‑end accounts receivable balances to the general ledger
- Assist with financial audits and provide required documentation

- Diploma in Business Administration, Accounting or a related field
- Experience in accounts receivable and contract billing environment
- Strong understanding of the full accounting cycle and accounting principles
- Knowledge of contracts and contract administration (asset)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Experience in the mining industry (asset)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively with internal teams, clients, and external partners
- Highly organized with excellent problem‑solving abilities
- Able to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a collaborative team
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism - Proficient in Adobe Acrobat and comfortable working in a paperless environment
