Position: Detail-Oriented Accounting Clerk Role

Become an integral part of Savage Ford’s accounting department as a skilled Accounting Clerk in Sturgeon Falls. Focus on both accounts receivable and accounts payable to support our team.

Savage Ford is searching for a detail-oriented Accounting Clerk to assist with vital accounting functions. You will be responsible for processing invoices, managing customer payments, and maintaining accurate records. If you have a knack for numbers and enjoy a collaborative environment, we'd like to meet you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process invoices and prepare accounts payable payments

• Post and manage customer payments and deposits

• Reconcile supplier and customer accounts regularly

• Assist in monitoring overdue accounts and collections

• Maintain filing systems and accurate accounting records

Requirements:

• Experience in accounting or bookkeeping preferred

• Knowledge of accounts receivable and payable necessary

• Strong organizational and detail-oriented skills

• Proficiency in MS Excel and Office software

• Good communication and customer service skills
