Accounts Payable Analyst

Position: Accounts Payable Analyst at GreenFirst Forest Products
Become an Accounts Payable Analyst with Green First Forest Products in North Bay, Ontario. This position highlights detail orientation and problem-solving abilities to manage vendor payment processes efficiently.

In this analyst role, you will ensure payments are processed within company guidelines and do not exceed 90 days. You will conduct data analysis, generate reports, and address any discrepancies or issues that arise with vendor accounts, enhancing operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and manage urgent payment requests

• Review and validate reports for timely payments

• Communicate effectively with vendors regarding discrepancies

• Analyze aged invoices and resolve issues proactively

• Support financial closing processes each month

Requirements:

• High School diploma; business diploma is advantageous

• At least 1 year of experience in accounts payable required

• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel essential

• Strong verbal and written communication in English

• Ability to work independently under pressure
