This role needs someone with proven construction equipment expertise and a valid operating license. You’ll be involved in grading, trenching, and digging tasks, all while ensuring rigorous safety compliance. Your ability to read site plans and your mechanical aptitude will enhance project outcomes, as will your teamwork and reliability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate excavators, bulldozers, and skid steers

• Conduct site preparation and back filling tasks

• Transport heavy materials and machinery between locations

• Interpret construction blueprints and specifications

• Perform inspections and basic maintenance on equipment

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent education

• Demonstrated experience operating heavy machinery

• Valid operator certification or license as required

• Knowledge of operational safety procedures

• Good physical condition and coordination skills
